Company redundancy

Our company impose redundancies throughout the workforce.
Due to loosing the HPV tender and pressure from corporate to reduce the head count, the company impose redundancies affecting all departments. A third of the workforce has been laid off, hitting the sales force, and many friends in head office - myself included.
Morale is understandable low, and many who remain are talking about leaving or have already found alternative jobs.
